Banners on the homepage

Top left banner: logo 500 * 50 pixels, which will always displayed - 10.000,00 € per year (VAT included).
Leftside banner: 120 * 480 pixels banner on the home page - € 1210.00 per year (VAT included).
Rightside banner: 120 * 480 pixels banner on the home page - € 1210.00 per year (VAT included).

Banners on folders pages

On each folder or category page will allowed one banner in the left side.
Example:
1. folder banner town "Heusden-Zolder", this banner is displayed on all web pages from this town.
2. category banner page "mental coaching", the banner is displayed on the category page.
Banner 120 * 480 pixels: € 605.00 per year (VAT included).

How to register a banner:

Send an e-mail to EHBM office with the following information:
- Name + first name:
- Street and number:
- ZIP code + town
make your choice:
- I want to place a banner on the homepage (1210 € incl VAT):
- I want to place a banner in the folder town (605 € incl VAT):
- I want to place a banner in the category (605 € incl VAT):
- I want a banner link back to the following URL:
- My billing information (if different from above):
    name + first name:
    Street and number:
    zip code + city
    VAT number:
- Send enclosing a picture that we can create the banner.
- If no photo is available, enter a text in the banner to post or refer to your website:

Followed we do:

1. You receive an e-mail confirming of your request for publication.
2. We make the graphical banner and let you approve the banner.
3. After the approval we sent an invoice by e-mail account in PDF format. Upon receipt of the amount we will publish the banner.
4. A month before the expiry term of the banner publication, EHBM  send by e-mail an invoice to extend the banner publication. Only with no-payment the banner will be removed and made available for other companies.
   Anyone who publishes a banner, have the right to extend the publish period.
